Add Link to Blogger Page Title

Just thought I would share this. 
I always make things harder than they are and looked for an answer to this question all over the web. Finally I just decided to try what I know and it worked !
It seems too easy. 

Go to your layout section and edit the header. Just put the basic HTML code in the box.
Just copy and paste your URL from the address bar - mine is  ( http://lthrwood.blogspot.com/ ).
Paste the URL where the x's are and put your title in.

<a href="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"> Your Blog Title </a>

This code is used for putting links to pages anywhere
